Shipping policy

Shipping fulfillment is 1-5 days, weather dependent. We aim to send orders within 2 days. if you have a rush order, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate this. 

We do not refund for any loses or damages once your item is with Australia Post. This must be claimed via Australia Post. 

We highly recommend selecting Express Post/ Signature on delivery and you are acknowledging and accepting additional risk, if you select Standard Post. 

If you do not add an email address to your order, you will not be sent tracking details by Australia Post.
